WE SEEK TO BE THE BEST LOCAL PROVIDER AND BEST LOCAL EMPLOYER IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE

We regularly meet with staff to discuss their roles, and review with them any training they may require in their roles.

We are striving to be an Equal Opportunities Employer.

The role of staff is to provide services as agreed with the person we are providing support for, or the person commissioning the service, to ensure that it meets the needs and choices identified.

All staff have an induction period of at least seven days to include the mandatory training, essential training and shadowing, and a probationary period of 6 months, during this time their performance is monitored, and they have the opportunity to raise issues and concerns that allow them to become competent and skilled practitioners.

All members of staff are required to obtain a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring check and we seek two suitable references before employment commences.

We offer a good salary, good working conditions, a permanent contract stating your employment hours, not a zero contract, and a NEST pension scheme.
